About Me
Hello, I'm Chantal the owner and doer of The Officient. Nothing makes me more happy than being productive, organised and officient. No, this is not yet a word in the dictionary, but it's my goal to put it in there.
I have always had a passion for small businesses and entrepreneurs. I love that someone's passion can become their income and I'm inspired by people who have the determination and endurance to make their business a reality.
With over 12 years of experience in various industries, I noticed that there was a gap in the market for small business support. A virtual assistant is great to book that travel but small businesses need more than just that. They need someone they can go to for support in three areas; Office Management, Marketing and HR as well as general administration.
I also noticed that there was a group of talented professionals who wanted the flexibility to work from home. Enter The Officient a collective of talented individuals that want to work for you.
Having a one stop shop for these services means that I become an extension to your business but without the cost of being an employee.
